Friendly service. Staff very helpful. Facilities are satisfactory. Take a quarted room with mountain & river views. The atmosphere is calm, you can hear the sound of water gurgling. Children are happy because they can play ATVs, there is a mini playground & water park.

The resort is good, has a really nice view of the river, terraced rice fields and mountainous background. The breakfast menu is also varied and delicious. There is a convention hall, There is a water park too, There is a children's play area too, There is an area for barbeques too, The area around the resort is really nice for jogging or just taking a morning walk, the air is cool with lots of shady trees Recommended.

A beautiful place for holidays and business, nice views, comfortable rooms, complete facilities, only there is a construction project that disturbs the view, if possible, the project will be completed immediately because it makes it uncomfortable, the service from Ms. Tasya and Mr. Dendy is very, very friendly and fast. Mantap Bess Resort, hopefully we will come back here.
